What makes generics very inexpensive?
This is due to the fact that the original makers of branded medications spend a lot of money in research and development, as well as in product advertising. Is a prescription necessary prior to placing an order?
No it is not. Prescriptions are not necessary prior to ordering. But it is otherwise strongly advised that you talk with your physician before taking on any medicine. It is possible that it can contraindicate with any health condition or drug which you are now going through or taking, and the physician will be the one to decide as to how you can adjust to it, if possible.
Do you offer discounts?
We do. Each repeat customer obtains a 'coupon word' which upon insertion to a 'coupon field' on the next purchase order, will automatically qualify that customer for a 5% discount. But in the event that the coupon word is not inserted before the order is submitted, the purchase is not discounted, and the transaction will be considered as final.
What about your alternative payment methods?
We currently accept payments made through online checks, bank wire transfers, credit cards, and Euro debit.
How can you assure me that the information I supply you with remain secure?

How will the order be shipped?
At present, we do have two shipping alternatives:
- Through courier service - the product which is sent in this way can be tracked through the code provided for you after the order has been sent out.
- Through standard international airmail - shipments sent in this way are unfortunately non-traceable.
Is the shipment delivered within the same day of purchase?
Be assured that our products are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. But we do have to process your order thoroughly to ensure that the information provided is accurate, after which your order is packaged and shipped out. The procedure normally takes up to two days to complete.
How much will it cost me for product shipping? When can I receive it?

How will the parcel look like? Do I have to personally sign for the delivery?
Your personal privacy is one of our priorities; thus, the shipment will be delivered in an inconspicuous packaging which will then be placed in your own mail box. If it is shipped via standard mail, you do not need to sign for the delivery.
What if I receive the shipment with damages or if an item is missing?
Do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service representatives and notify us of your predicament. We will, in compensation, resend the shipment or reimburse the full cost. Please take note that if you have placed an order for ninety tablets or more, the shipment will arrive in several packages; the first will contain the first thirty pills plus four gift pills in an envelope, while the second will contain the remaining balance of sixty tablets, delivered a week after the first parcel arrives.
